    We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.


  • Shipping & Delivery

    All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.  Shipping & handling is flat $4.99 for addresses in USA. Order over $50 gets free shipping.

    We strive to process your order within the same business day. Shipping time is typically 3-10 business days from invoice date depending on your location.   

    For expedited and international shipping, please contact us for quote.  

     



  • Return Policy

  • If for any reason you are not happy with the products you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund of purchased price (minus shipping and handling).

    Our No Hassle Return Policy ensures that you may return any items within 30 days of purchase (we do ask that only one open bottle per item/sku).

    Please contact our Customer Service Representative at sales@scienticafoods.com or 888-448-2331 to receive Return Authorization Number.

    Exception: My Calcium Complex Bone Challenge carries 180 days return policy. Please refer to the Bone Challenge for more information.
